Ingredients

• Organic Assam:  Black tea contains a lot of caffeine which stimulates and energizes the body. It provides the rich and smooth taste of this blend.
• Organic Ginger Root:  Ginger has been known to improve body circulation because it contains magnesium, chromium, and zinc — all minerals known to improve blood flow.
• Organic Cacoa Nibs: Helps lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
• Organic Hawthorn Berries:  Hawthorn is used to help protect against heart disease and help control high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
• Organic Turmeric: Curcumin, a property of turmeric, has been shown to help with blood flow.
• Organic Ginkgo Biloba: This ingredient  has been suggested to increase cerebral blood flow

Instructions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of near-boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 2-4 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)
